Labor Day BBQ Ribs Recipe

There’s something especially fresh about dining at Catch American Seafood this fall. Freshly caught seafood, of course, but that’s nothing new for regulars like you. What we’re talking about is a refreshing take on two of your very favorite offerings: the raw bar and the Champagne cart.

With that said, below is a little preview of the delicious additions you can expect from your next dinner by the sea. And while we’re at it, here’s a link to our reservation system on Open Table. You’ll need it later anyway.

Raw Bar:
It’s the same concept you’ve come to love over the years: all our finest seafood, all exquisitely prepared, all in one delicious raw bar. The only difference is we’ve added a whole new assortment of delicacies to make it tastier than ever.

European Branzino, Mediterranean Orata, and Kumamoto oysters—is your mouth watering yet? Let’s add some delicate Maine lobster and east coast Beausoleil oysters—how about now?

Go ahead, seafood lovers. It’s an ocean of flavor and we invite you to dive in.

Champagne Cart:
There’s plenty to celebrate next time you’re dining at Catch: a personal triumph, a wonderful evening with your loved ones, or simply the fact you’re about to taste one of the world’s oldest and most prestigious Champagne labels.

Call on our expert sommelier and you’ll be proposing the night’s toast with a whole new flavor of bubbles: Perrier-Jouet from the renowned French region of Epernay. The label’s prestige selection, Belle Epoque, is aptly named after France’s “Beautiful Age” and presents a sumptuous combination of silky, elegant, floral, and spicy. Needless to say, one toast might not be enough.

Let’s raise our glasses to another delightful evening by the blue sea. We hope to see you soon!
