Casa del Mar’s theme of living well has spilled over to our drink menu. Our new apothecary bar designed by renowned Las Vegas mixologist, Gaston Martinez, takes fresh farmers market fruits & herbs and mixes them into unique and delicious concoctions that will soothe the stresses of a long day. Try the spiced Cucumber Collins with muddled cucumber, mint, Shoshido peppers, lime, and ginger beer. Refreshing with a kick, this drink will show you that living well means drinking well too.


2oz of Hendricks

¾ oz lime juice

¾ oz simple syrup

4 cucumber slices

3 mint leaves

3 slices Shoshido peppers

1 oz ginger beer


Muddle cucumber, mint and pepper in mixing glass. Add Hendricks, lime and simple syrup. Shake well with ice and strain into tall glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with cucumber slice and mint sprig.
