– 1.5oz El Tesoro Reposado
– .5oz Licor 43
– 1 oz lime juice
– 1 oz Pomegranate, Powell & Mahoney mix
– Splash pineapple
– Lime Wheel
– Shake & strain over fresh ice into Old Fashioned Glass
Smoky Sunset Cocktail
– 2 oz Deleon Reposado tequila
– 3/4 of homemade pomegranate grenadine ( based on agave )
– 3/4 of lemon juice
– 1 egg white
– Regan’s orange bitters
– Touch of Union Mezcal
– Dry shake
– Garnish with lime wheel dashed with bitter
