Funky Divas & Dudes has been a staple of LA’s kids camps, birthday parties, and after-school enrichment scenes for over a decade. Founded in 2002 by Dana Marie Lazzareschi & Kelly Richardson, the Santa Monica based company has created an exciting Performance Art Rockstar Camp experience that offers a magical world where campers can let their personalities shine!
This summer, Shutters on the Beach & Casa del Mar Hotels are teaming up with Funky Divas & Dudes by offering a new Rockstar Beach Camp. Campers not only dance but also build sandcastles on the beach, play in the ocean and so much more.
Camp instructors are all experienced, certified and highly trained. Camp activities include: scavenger hunts, wacky relay races, hip-hop dance, music videos, acting games, theme day dress up, ice cream socials and even field trips to the Santa Monica Aquarium and Pirate Ship Playground.
