A popular menu introduction last fall, this $28 special combines two of California’s food and drink favorites: handcrafted gourmet burgers and fine Pinot Noirs, sourced directly from Burgundy and California.
Care for an “Over the Top” wagyu burger with short rib, caramelized onions, blue cheese, and Louie dressing? How about “The Three Little Piggy’s” with pork, bacon, lardo, and coleslaw on a pretzel bun?
Fear not, we’re not forgetting about the wine pairings… Can we offer you a glass of Burgundy’s Bouchard et Pere Fils, a smooth and supple Pinot Noir with hints of cherry, raspberry, and red currant?
