Caramel Corn
Ingredients:
1 cup of Popcorn Kernels
2 cups of Sugar
¼ cup of Water
6 oz. Butter
Sea Salt
Method:
1. Pop the popcorn over medium high heat over the stove top while covered so the kernels do not fly at you
2. Make a caramel with the sugar and water
3. Once at the perfect golden brown caramelization remove from the heat and add the butter and stir well
4. Toss the popped corn into the caramel
5. Immediately place the caramel corn onto a wooden board, or a Silpat lined baking sheet
6. Sprinkle with sea salt while still warm
