Goat Cheese Marinated in Olive Oil & Herbs de Provence
Ingredients:
1 lbs Goat Cheese
1 tbls dried Herbs de Provence
1 tsp Chili Pepper
Salt
Pepper
Olive Oil to cover
Baguette
Method:
1. Mix the goats cheese with the herbs, chili peppers, salt and pepper
2. Roll into small bite size balls
3. Place in a small clear glass bowl or mason jars
4. Cover with extra virgin olive oil
5. Serve with toasted warm baguette
