Colonnade Ballroom
- The Colonnade Ballroom at Hotel Casa del Mar is ornate and romantic, featuring Venetian glass chandeliers, high vaulted ceilings, soft natural colors, and stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. The ballroom is used for ceremonies and receptions, with an outdoor terrace and inner foyer for cocktails and hors d’oeuvre. The Colonnade Ballroom seats 80 to 270 guests with dancing.
Pacific Terrace
- The Pacific Terrace at Shutters on the Beach overlooks the Pacific Ocean and is dedicated to early evening ceremonies and cocktail / hors d’oeuvre hours when the Grand Salon is reserved for the evening dinner reception. Featuring a roaring fireplace and lush greenery, it is the perfect venue for a luxury beachside ceremony and hors d’oeuvre reception.
Grand Salon
- The Grand Salon is Shutters intimate and cozy ballroom, with the ambiance of a seaside living room, featuring shell-like crystal chandeliers, neutral colors, and a beautiful fireplace. The Grand Salon seats 80 to 220 guests with dancing.
With a team of event professionals, we work with our couples throughout the planning stages of their important day, providing expert food, beverage, and logistics guidance.
The Extraordinary Weddings package includes:
- A 3-course food tasting
- The ceremony rehearsal
- A cocktail / hors d’oeuvre reception including six hors d’oeuvre per person
- A five-hour premium bar (4-hour with lunch)
- House wine with dinner (Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Cabernet)
- Sparkling wine toast
- A 4-course lunch or dinner, with wedding cake as dessert
- The wedding cake from one of six premiere Los Angeles bakeries
- The package service charge and sales tax
- A complimentary one-bedroom suite for the evening of the event.
- Upon request, a courtesy guest room block of 10 rooms for your guests at reduced rates.
