‘Tis the season for celebration and Shutters on the Beach is wasting no time embracing the festive spirit. With December just around the corner, our talented chefs are hard at work doing what they do best: creating a winter wonderland of sights, smells, and tastes.

For those looking to get in on the deliciousness, One Pico and Coast are offering several exclusive holiday menus—Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve—to complement their everyday options. Be it a festive dinner during your stay or a holiday feast with the whole family, make sure to reserve now as you won’t be the only one feeling the holiday temptation…

One Pico
For Christmas Eve, $85 per person ($130 with wine pairings) offers a festive three-course menu starting with appetizers like roasted cauliflower soup, citrus and garden greens, American Wagyu tartare, and Maine Diver scallops with heirloom beets. Entrées continue with a duo of prime ribeye, Mediterranean seabass, crispy pan-roasted chicken breast, or a foraged mushroom risotto. Finish with a mascarpone cheesecake, caramel apple and white chocolate budino, or a black currant jelly roll and your Christmas Eve will be quite merry indeed. See full menu HERE.

Christmas Day sees a wealth of new holiday flavors added to the menu. Fresh appetizers like lobster bisque and smoked salmon with poached egg get your celebration off to a tasty start. Next up are delicious entrées like prime rib, Loup de Mer, crispy pan-roasted chicken breast, or pasta strozzapreti. It all comes to a flavorful finale with your choice of mascarpone cheesecake, macadamia crusted key lime pie, and chocolate caramel turtle. $85 per person or $130 with wine pairings. On New Year’s Eve, Chef Isaac Gamboa starts the first seating celebration ($85 per person) with an appetizer assortment of baby greens salad, Hamachi crudo, or roasted parsnip chowder. Your entrée choices include a triple seared Kobe New York, a pan-roasted black bass, or a chanterelle mushroom tortelli. Finish off with an exquisite yuzu with icewine or a festive red velvet cake. Second seating on New Year’s Eve keeps the party going with several new dishes. For $135 per person, you’ll now have the added choices of diver scallops with caviar and lobster agnolotti for appetizers and Hudson Valley Farms duck breast for main dishes. Coast
Special holiday menus at Coast start on Christmas Eve, when Chef Isaac Gamboa offers a three course menu of roasted cauliflower soup, roasted leg of lamb, and chocolate caramel truffle. Price is at $42 per person. See full menu HERE.

On Christmas Day, the festivities continue with another delicious three-course menu. Start your evening with a citrus poached seafood salad, followed by herb crusted prime rib as an entrée. Top it all off with a black currant jelly roll all for $50 per person. See full menu HERE.
