ETC has partnered with Venice based non-profit, Community Healing Gardens, to help cultivate an abundance of organic produce for neighborhoods where nutrition is lacking. CHG is “a community garden project based on positive intention to create abundance and unity. Every corner with a patch of soil or some empty space has the potential to feed a community with nutrition, with connection and with love.” By sharing and donating healthy produce to those in need of organic nutritious food, CHG is on a mission to nourish the community with a wealth of fruits, veggies, and healthy habits for future generations. With a goal of planting 400 edible garden boxes and 999 fruit trees in Venice by the end of 2015, they are well on their way!
Here’s how you can help us raise awareness as well as propel CHG’s plans to begin planting throughout all communities in need in Los Angeles.
