But when it’s time to book another vacation, what really tempts you back is another taste of our around-the-clock service—to leave your worries behind and get pampered into a state of complete relaxation.
With that said, we’ve got some great news for you: starting this summer, our five-star service is about to get even better. A few days before arrival, you’ll be receiving a simple email questionnaire from us. Nothing complex or time-consuming; just a simple form with 7-8 specifications.
On this questionnaire, you’ll have the chance to tell us exactly—and we mean down to the smallest details—what kind of service you would like during your stay. What’s your desired room temperature? What kind of music do you want playing? Is there a specific newspaper you’d like in the morning? Or maybe a good time for us to service your room or start “turn down” service? What about the type of pillow: maybe a synthetic fibers or memory foam?
It’s the questions you’ve always dreamed of, but never received. We’ll have everything taken care of—plus any additional requests you may have—and you’ll be feeling like the king or queen of the beach.
