Simply put, romance and the beach just go together.
And with Valentine’s Day on the horizon, we are already daydreaming about ocean view dinners for two.
At Shutters on the Beach, 1 Pico will be serving a three-course Valentine’s Day menu with decadent specials such as Hokkaido scallops and homemade brioche tiramisu. Coast as well as 1 Pico will offer specialty cocktails such as the Hot Romance – 123 Organic Reposado Tequila, serrano pepper, agave nectar, lime, pineapple.
Next door at Casa del Mar, partake in a special holiday menu at both Catch and Terrazza with gourmet offerings such as oysters and caviar, seared branzino, and passion fruit quenelle as well as specialty cocktails including The Love-tini (see recipe below).
The best part? Your experience can be replicated for many date nights to come, courtesy of these recipes shared exclusively from the cookbooks of Shutters and Casa.
