Please join us in welcoming Executive Chef Vittorio Lucariello, our new Italian maestro, to the ETC culinary team. Chef Lucariello brings a distinguished Mediterranean pedigree perfectly complementing Santa Monica’s growing demand for farm-to-table cuisine.
Most recently the Executive Sous Chef at Four Seasons Beverly Hills, Chef Lucariello owns an impeccable track record at many of the industry’s finest establishments. It started back in 1993, when a young Vittorio got his start on the Italian food scene working at 1 and 2-starred Michelin restaurants from Naples to Rimini. His blossoming career has since taken him all across the world, including a long stint as Executive Chef at various fine dining restaurants in LA as well as Hong Kong with Shangri-La and Ritz Carlton and back to Italy to open and run his own restaurant, Abbracci, in Maranello.
Now on the iconic coast of Santa Monica, we are tremendously excited to see what Chef Lucariello will bring to our already distinguished menus at Shutters on the Beach.
