Beginning January 26th, Hughes brings his comedy and magic experience to the Hotel Casa del Mar in Santa Monica. Almost bi – monthly from January to April, Casa is showcasing his new one hour show “INSOMNIA.” Hughes uses humor, magic and his own psychic power to explore the enigmatic line between waking and dreaming.
Hughes has been astounding fellow magicians for over a decade. Fellow magician David Blaine describes Hughes as “hilarious”. “Engaging, artful and smart,” says the usually tacit Teller of Penn and Teller.
He is famous for his abundant use of comedy combined with slight of hand. Hughes has previously appeared on the big screen, starring opposite Jaleel White in the comedy Grown Ups. Also, known for his role in the independent comedy, Audie and the Wolf, he is no stranger to the small screen. His stand-up was featured on NBC’s series, Late Friday.
